LARGE pretzel with Haus made mustard fondue, bacon onion jam, and mustards – $10\

Grilled Asparagus:
Haus pickled balsamic egg, pickled shallots, feta cheese, and a balsamic reduction – $10

Brussel Sprouts:
Halved and sautéed in butter with salt and pepper, served with lemon – $7

Haus Salad:
Organic greens tossed in our Haus vinaigrette, topped with almonds, golden raisins, JUlienned apples, and bleu cheese   Full – $12  Half – $7

Wurst (Sausage)

Sausage Plate:
Choice of sausage, served with mashed potatoes and your choice of kraut, our Haus made pickles and mustards – $10

Currywurst 
Choice of sausage smothered in Haus made curry ketchup, served with Haus salad and Frites – $12

A selection of FOUR sausages served with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, rotkohl, pickles and mustards – $28

Knockwurst – Pork and Veal, seasoned with paprika and garlic

Hauptgericht (Main)

Schnitzel:
Choice of Mary’s Farm chicken breast or White Marble Farms pork loin. Served with rotkohl and mashed potatoes. Jäger sauce available upon request – $21

Spätzle:
Haus made german pasta sautéed in butter with onions
Full – $12  Half – $7  Add bacon- $4 or wurst for $6

Kase – Spätzle:
Smoked gouda, imported swiss, and aged white cheddar spätzle topped with pretzel bread crumbs

PorkRoast
Slow roasted brown sugar pork and fresh herbed gravy served with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes – $18

Sauerbratten:
Beef shoulder marinated in red wine and herbs for a MINIMUM of seven days. Slowly braised, topped with a sweet and sauer pan sauce, served with garlic green beans and spätzle
